Job summary

SusieCakes Bakery is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead and coach the guest service team. This manager-in-training role supports the General Manager with guest services across multiple bakery locations, ensuring excellent hospitality and daily operations.

The AGM will coordinate staff, train team members, and help drive store performance while upholding SusieCakes’ warm, community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of managerial/leadership experience in hospitality, food service or retail.
• Associates or Bachelors preferred in Business or Hospitality.
• High school diploma or GED required.
