Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a friendly and detail‑oriented Baker to join our bakery team in Meridian, Idaho. You will prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes, measure, mix, shape, and bake, then decorate treats for display.

You’ll maintain a clean, organized workstation, rotate ingredients, and help plan daily production to keep cases well stocked and visually appealing. Customer questions and special orders are part of the role, requiring courteous, efficient

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, and desserts using established recipes, measurements, and baking techniques
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products to maintain quality and presentation
• Decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; rotate and label ingredients
