Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Bellevue, WA seeks a friendly, detail‑oriented Baker to join our in‑store bakery team. You will prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using trusted recipes, measure and mix ingredients, bake, and decorate items to a high standard.

You’ll maintain a clean, safe workspace, rotate stock, help customers with product questions, take special orders, and support daily production planning to ensure fresh, visually appealing cases for customers.

Qualifications

• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products to ensure quality.
• Decorate cakes and desserts to presentation standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and rotate ingredients.
