Job summary

Albertsons Companies bakery team is hiring a motivated Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts following established recipes and production methods. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake items, decorate cakes, and ensure quality and consistency throughout the shift.

You will maintain a clean workspace, label ingredients, and stock displays, while collaborating with teammates to plan daily production and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking and food production preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain quality.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area; rotate and label ingredients.
• Assist customers, take special orders, and provide friendly service.
