Job summary

You will follow established recipes, measure, mix, shape, and bake, while ensuring quality and presentation for daily customer service. You'll maintain a clean workspace, rotate ingredients, assist customers with questions and special orders, and collaborate with bakery teammates to meet daily production needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; rotate and label ingredients; keep display cases well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Assist customers with product questions and take special orders; help create a positive customer experience.
