Job summary

Levain Bakery in Los Angeles is seeking a Baker Team Leader to oversee shifts, supervise team members, and ensure the high quality and consistency of our baked goods. The role requires strong baking knowledge, problem-solving, and the ability to motivate and coach staff.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of supervisory baking experience, excellent communication, and a commitment to Levain’s standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years baking experience with 1–2 years supervisory preferred
• Open availability: mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand or walk for an 8-hour shift; stairs may be required in some locations
• Read and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office)
• Must have valid DOH Certification & additional regional required food handlers’ certifications

Responsibilities
