Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise team members to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Conduct training sessions for Bakers and new hires.
• Oversee baking processes: scaling, mixing, proofing, baking, and quality checks.
• Manage daily pars and inventory using FIFO to meet demand.
• Coordinate catering/pre-orders with management.
