Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years in food operations or production facilities, with 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Open availability: mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week.
• Read and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead with curiosity and compassion by showing care for co-workers and build meaningful connections.
• Inspire and supervise all commissary staff and ensure teamwork.
• Supervise production, sanitation, maintenance, and shipping to meet quality, labor, and product standards.
• Provide coaching to help team members improve and deliver feedback effectively.
• Facilitate clear verbal and written communication with team members, bakery retail leaders, and management.
• Train and develop to improve product knowledge and production skills.
