Levain Bakery seeks a dedicated Baker to join our busy shops. You will bake bread, cakes, muffins, cookies and other baked goods, following Levain's time-tested recipes and exacting quality standards while collaborating with a warm, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of baking experience.
• Open availability: mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have valid DOH Certification & required food handlers’ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead with curiosity and compassion to support teammates.
• Bake bread, cakes, muffins, cookies, and other baked goods to Levain standards.
• Monitor quality, weights, and measures; ensure FIFO and sanitation protocols.
• Interact with customers as needed and maintain high professionalism.
