Job summary

Donq (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Baker to join our team. You will participate in all stages of baking, from dough preparation to creating pastries and bread, ensuring every item meets our quality standards and supports daily store operations.

We value hands-on skill, reliability and weekend availability. This role offers a base salary of $2400-$3000 monthly, a performance bonus, AWS, and opportunities for career advancement within a warm bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking is preferred.
• Comfortable with non-halal working environment.
• Willingness to work weekends (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Bake pastries and bread from dough preparation to final product.
• Uphold high product quality and consistency across items.
• Maintain kitchen and bakery equipment cleanliness and upkeep.
• Support store operations and assist sales staff as needed.

Supporting Operations: Beyond the bakery, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales staff and ensuring the store runs smoothly

Requirements:

• Experience in baking (Either culinary school, workplace or self-learn) would be an advantage
• Comfortable with non halal working environment
• Able to work on weekends (Preferred)
• 5.5 alternate, 5～6 days work per week
• 8 hours work per day, 1-hour break time
• Hardworking, proactive, efficient & organized
