Qualifications

• Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas.
• Bake a variety of breads, cakes and pastries.
• Decorate cakes.
• Prepare custom orders.
• Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary.
