Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a baker to join Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s Parkhurst Dining team in Lexington, VA. You will bake according to Parkhurst recipes, ensure freshness, manage production quantities, uphold presentation standards, and distribute finished products to service areas.

Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable of standing all day and lifting up to 50 lbs, and committed to maintaining our high-quality bakery standards.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all baked goods daily according to Parkhurst recipes, maintaining correct portion sizes.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all baked goods, producing them to meet specifications.
• Determine the quantity of all baked goods to be produced, utilizing production sheets.
• Maintain standards for baked goods presentation.
• Distribute all products to proper areas of service.
