Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year of related bakery experience preferred.
• Experience in a specialized bakery or pastry role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production schedules and prepare baked items from scratch.
• Weigh ingredients, mix doughs, shape and bake items to specification.
• Regulate oven temps and monitor baking times for quality and safety.
• Set up, stock, label, and rotate bakery items; maintain cleanliness.
• Attend shifts reliably and accommodate special requests as needed.
