Job summary

Paris Baguette in Cincinnati is seeking a skilled Baker to join our fast-paced bakery cafe. You will help create pastries, breads, and desserts, work early mornings, and contribute to a warm, joyful community experience.

With at least 1 year bakery production experience, you know baking techniques, food safety, and teamwork. Flexible schedules, growth into Lead Baker or Trainer roles, and discounted meals are among the benefits.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of bakery production experience.
Knowledge of baking techniques, recipe execution, and timing.
Understanding of food safety, labeling, and sanitization practices.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake breads, pastries, donuts, and desserts with precision and care.
Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently.
Handle prep tasks like scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing baked goods.
Monitor bake times and product appearance to ensure consistent quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen station.
Rotate and stock ingredients, checking for freshness and quality.
Complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets accurately.
Support team goals with flexibility and urgency.
Assist in training new bakers on recipes and methods.
