Paris Baguette in Cincinnati is seeking a skilled Baker to join our fast-paced bakery cafe. You will help create pastries, breads, and desserts, work early mornings, and contribute to a warm, joyful community experience.

With at least 1 year bakery production experience, you know baking techniques, food safety, and teamwork. Flexible schedules, growth into Lead Baker or Trainer roles, and discounted meals are among the benefits.

• Complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets accurately.
• Support team goals with flexibility and urgency.
• Assist in training new bakers on recipes and methods.
