You will maintain par levels, keep the baking station clean and sanitized, track inventory, and communicate needs to management.

Responsibilities

• Bakes cakes in all sizes and flavors by following recipes and time guidelines.
• Removes cakes from pans and packages properly.
• Puts baked cakes away and rotates cakes according to brand standards.
• Communicates with management about equipment problems and maintenance.
• Folds boxes and labels containers.
• Tracks inventory of baked goods.
• Keeps baking area clean and sanitized, including tables, equipment, and tools.
