You will keep a clean, organized workstation, rotate ingredients, and help display products to attract customers. The role includes assisting customers with questions and special orders in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in baking or food production preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts following established recipes and methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate cakes and specialty desserts.
• Maintain clean, safe work area; rotate and label ingredients; display products appealingly.
• Collaborate with bakery team to plan daily production needs and ensure smooth operations.
• Greet customers, answer questions, take special orders, and provide friendly service.
