Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a friendly Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts from established recipes. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake items, decorate cakes, and ensure quality and presentation.

The role includes stocking cases and keeping a clean, organized workspace to support daily bakery operations. You’ll assist customers with questions, take special orders, and help create a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and production methods
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products and decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and rotate/label ingredients
• Assist customers with product questions and take special orders to create a positive experience
• Work in a fast-paced environment with focus on consistency, organization, and quality
