Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Baker to produce breads, pastries, cakes and desserts in a fast-paced retail bakery. You will measure, mix, shape, bake and decorate items using established recipes to ensure quality and consistency.

You will also keep a clean, well-organized work area, rotate and label ingredients, and help keep cases well stocked for appealing displays throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using established recipes and methods.
• Measure, mix, shape and bake products; decorate cakes and specialty items.
• Maintain clean, organized work area; rotate and label ingredients; keep displays well-stocked.
• Assist customers with product questions and take special orders to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with bakery team to plan daily production and keep operations running smoothly.
