Qualifications

• Customer service skills to provide friendly, timely, and helpful service.
• Experience in baking breads, pastries, and desserts using recipes and techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, keep a clean workspace, and follow production schedules.
• Familiarity with proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work with others to support daily bakery operations.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing production needs.
• Safe operation of mixers, ovens, and bakery equipment per guidelines.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift items, and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts per established recipes and methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products and decorate cakes and desserts.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area and rotate/label ingredients.
• Assist customers with product questions and take special orders.
• Support daily bakery production planning with team to meet demand.
