Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake products, and decorate cakes while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Customer questions and special orders contribute to a positive shopping experience, all in a fast-paced bakery environment. You will work with a bakery team to plan daily production, ensure well-stocked displays, and uphold quality and food safety

Qualifications

• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, and desserts following recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products as directed.
• Decorate cakes and specialty desserts to required standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and rotate/label ingredients.
• Assist customers with product questions and take special orders to enhance customer experience.
