Job summary

Cinnaholic Gilbert is a 100% plant-based bakery located in Gilbert, AZ, seeking a Baker to join our team. This part-time role has the potential to become full-time based on performance, reliability, and business needs.

You will prepare, proof, and bake our signature cinnamon rolls and other baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen. Training is available for the right candidate who is committed to cleanliness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking or kitchen preferred, but training may be provided.
• Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, proof, and bake Cinnaholic's signature cinnamon rolls
• Prepare and bake other baked goods, desserts, cookies, brownies, cakes, and specialty items
• Follow recipes and food preparation standards consistently
• Prepare frostings, toppings, fillings, and other ingredients
• Ensure products are fresh, properly prepared, and presented
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary baking area
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Properly store and label ingredients and prepared products
• Monitor inventory and communicate when ingredients or supplies are running low
• Help with opening and closing bakery duties as needed
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
• Assist with other bakery and store duties when needed

Cinnaholic is a 100% plant-based bakery specializing in gourmet cinnamon rolls with a variety of delicious frostings and toppings. We also offer a variety of baked goods, desserts, cakes, brownies, cookies, and other sweet treats.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with food, takes pride in their work, and can maintain a clean and organized kitchen while keeping up in a fast-paced bakery environment.
