Job summary

Cinnabon is looking for enthusiastic Team Members to welcome guests, bake and serve our signature treats, and keep the store running smoothly.

No prior experience required—paid training is provided. This part-time role offers flexible 20–40 hour weeks, free on‑duty meals, employee discounts, growth opportunities, uniforms, and benefits where offered.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins)
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
• Ability to taste‑test products for quality
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems
