Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Baker Assistant to provide quality service to Guests and support to the Baker and PIC in an open-kitchen environment.

The role involvesFront of House and Back of House duties, greeting guests, handling payments, and assisting with tea bar drinks and baking prep. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand long hours, and maintain a fast-paced, high-energy work environment while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Some high school education preferred.
• Experience in food service or operations is a plus.
• Food safety knowledge or certification is a plus (food handler)

Responsibilities

• Assist both front of house and back of house duties as directed by PIC.
• Greet and serve guests; handle payments at the register.
• Prepare drinks at the Tea Bar and assist with baking prep; portion, weigh, and store ingredients.
• Package cakes and maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the store.
