2. Ensure the quality of bakery products meets hygiene and safety standards.
3. Learn workstation procedures and equipment operation standards thoroughly, and maintain/upkeep kitchen tools and machinery.
4. Follow instructions and tasks assigned by supervisors.

3. Familiar with operating various kitchen equipment; basic maintenance knowledge and safety awareness.
