Job description

Job Title: Bakery Supervisor
Location: Howell, New Jersey
Type: Contract-to-permanent
Compensation: $21.00-$22.00/hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 7:45am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday
Friday 7:45am-1:15pm

Job Duties:

• Supervise daily bakery production and staff.
• Ensure quality and consistency of all baked goods.
• Maintain inventory ingredients and order supplies as needed.
• Train, schedule, monitor production schedules.
• Handle customer orders and resolve complaints.
• Create some items with chocolate
• Pack products in machines, training provided
• There is crew of approximately 4 people

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred!
• Must be quick with positive attitude
• Retail supervisor experience
• Quality control experience preferred
• Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred
• Detailed oriented
• Prior food experience, a major plus
