Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $47,000 to $51,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Support bakery product development, sample preparation, and ingredient testing.
• Assist with production line testing and R&D bakery projects.

• 1 to 2 years of baking, bakery production, food production, or related food and beverage experience.

• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, procedures, and production requirements carefully.
• Strong communication skills for working with internal teams, customers, brokers, and suppliers.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and able to support multiple R&D and production-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting bakery R&D, product development, or production line trials.
• Experience preparing samples for customer presentations, sales meetings, or trade shows.
• Familiarity with commercial bakery equipment and large-scale food production environments.
