Paris Baguette Downtown Cincinnati is a beloved cafe seeking an energetic Barista & Cashier to join our team. You will craft beverages, handle transactions, greet customers, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space.

This role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy with cash, and teamwork during busy periods. Prior barista or retail experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated beginners who are willing to learn and obtain a food handler certification.

Qualifications

• Previous barista, cashier, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
