As the Head Baker you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bakery, managing inventory, creating and testing new recipes, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will also train and supervise junior bakers, ensuring they follow proper techniques and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements
