Job summary

Vanderlande Manufacturing USA is seeking a SCADA/SAC/BPI Operator to monitor baggage control applications and IT systems via SCADA. You will manage flight and bag routing, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the O&M team to ensure smooth baggage operations around the clock.

The role requires experience with intralogistics, 24/7 mission-critical systems, strong communication, and the ability to work an 8-hour shift including holidays. Training in VIBES and ITIL processes is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in intralogistics and automated handling systems.
• Experience managing 24/7 mission critical IT environments.
• Excellent communication skills, experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily operations using controls software with customers and colleagues.
• Alert maintenance via radio and dispatch to locations.
• Monitor SCADA for system issues and contingencies; initiate diverts as needed.
• Act as first point of contact for operational issues and customer requests.
• Report system status to customers and stakeholders per SLAs with operations manager support.
