Responsibilities include diagnosing electro-mechanical issues, reading manuals and schematics, and ensuring safety and compliance. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required for employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in BHS operations and maintenance.
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical devices and related systems.
• Proficient with PLCs, electrical diagnostics, and computer diagnostics.
• Ability to work unsupervised and troubleshoot on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and PM inspections on BHS equipment.
• Dismantle, repair, and rebuild components and assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems, conveyors, and readers.
• Read manuals, service bulletins, and schematics for feasibility and repair.
• Provide on-site training and support as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure safety compliance.
