PopUp Bagels is seeking a Bagel Bouncer to learn various stations in our scratch-based kitchens and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. No experience is required, but a passion for great food and teamwork is essential.

You will support the team during busy times, maintain safety standards, and contribute to a positive, growth-minded environment. Join us for a hands-on role in a fast-paced setting with delicious bagels and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Desire to create exceptional employee & guest experiences.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and pitch in wherever necessary.
• Interest in growth within our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to different stations within the Bagel shop(s).
• Explain current menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests to create a special experience.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service by pitching in wherever necessary.
• Move around the kitchen as needed for extended periods; physical work required.
• Help maintain a minimum DoH and PopUp Bagels food safety standard.
