P.F. Chang’s in Winter Park, FL is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly and courteously, helping with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and ensure all requests are met.
• Monitor the expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors according to standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Interact courteously with guests and notify managers of concerns.
• Follow company policies, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Assist with greeting, seating guests, answering phones, and packing takeout orders.
