Job summary

P.F. Chang’s is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food to guests promptly and courteously, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations.

All team members provide excellent guest service to ensure memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities include delivering food, monitoring expo, clearing tables, restocking stations, and assisting with beverages and takeout orders as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card.
• Stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking in fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent communication and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per standards.
• Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Greet, seat guests, answer phones, and assist with takeout orders.
