Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring immediately for Backwaiters to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly and courteously and assisting with dining room cleanliness.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. Must be 18+, and may need a Food Handler's Card where applicable. Work involves standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line and assist with dine-in trays.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Greet, seat guests, answer phones, and assist with takeout orders.
