PF Changs China Bistro is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly, aiding with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations. All team members provide excellent customer service to ensure a superior guest experience.

The role involves delivering orders, managing expo line, clearing tables, restocking stations, and assisting with greeting and seating. Training is provided, with eligibility for benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifikationen

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Strong multitasking and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line and assist with dining room as needed.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Greet guests, assist with seating, answer phones, and assist with takeout orders.
