PF Changs China Bistro is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly and courteously, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining clean service stations. All team members provide excellent guest service to ensure a superior dining experience.

The role offers on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Training is provided, and the team is encouraged to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with dining room cleanliness and restock service stations.
• Monitor expo line and assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per standards.
• Interact with guests and notify managers of any issues.
• Support greeting, seating, phones, and takeout packaging when needed.
