Job summary

PF. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food to guests promptly and courteously, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations. Excellent customer service is essential to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include delivering food, monitoring expo, clearing tables, restocking stations, and assisting with greeting and seating guests. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line and run trays for dine-in.
• Clear and sanitize tables and service areas.
• Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Assist with greeting, seating, phones, and takeout packaging.
• Support beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
