The role requires no prior experience and offers on-the-job training. Candidates must be 18+, may need a Food Handler’s Card, and should be able to lift up to 30 lbs. The team emphasizes fast-paced teamwork and excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift objects up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Strong multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and courteously.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors according to restaurant standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as coffee and iced tea machines, and POS systems.
• Interact courteously with guests and notify managers of concerns.
• Follow company policies, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Assist with greeting, seating guests, answering phones, and packaging takeout orders.
