Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly and courteously, helping with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations. All team members provide excellent customer service to ensure a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include delivering meals, monitoring the expo line, clearing tables, restocking areas, operating basic kitchen and POS tasks, and assisting guests and team members as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Food Handler's Card where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor the expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors according to standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate beverage machines and POS systems; assist with service.
• Greet, seat guests, answer phones, and package takeout when necessary.
• Support with alcohol service when required.
