P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is looking for Backwaiters to support restaurant operations by delivering food to guests promptly, keeping dining areas clean, and maintaining service stations.

No experience is required—training is provided. Must be 18+, able to stand and lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a fast-paced team. We offer flexible scheduling, paid on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and composure under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and meet requests.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating and floors per standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate coffee machines, iced tea machines, and POS systems.
• Interact courteously with guests; notify managers of concerns.
• Follow company policies, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Assist with greeting, seating guests, answering phones, takeout orders when needed.
• Support beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
