Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is looking for a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly, helping with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations.

All team members provide excellent guest service to ensure memorable experiences. No prior experience is required—training is provided. You must be at least 18, have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable, and be able to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs during shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and meet requests.
• Monitor expo line and assist with dine-in trays.
• Clear and sanitize tables and floors per standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Interact courteously with guests and escalate concerns.
