P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Backwaiters to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly and courteously, keeping dining areas clean, and maintaining service stations. Excellent guest service is required to ensure memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly per shift.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent communication and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and meet requests.
• Monitor expo line and assist with dine-in service.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors.
• Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Interact courteously with guests and report concerns.
