Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN invites a Hospitality Coordinator to oversee backstage hospitality programs, coordinate artist riders, and act as the face of our service culture. Qualifications

• Experience in backstage/production/hospitality preferred.
• 2–3 years of work experience in a comparable role.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to maintain discretion around high profile artists/guests in a hectic environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Treasure Island and venue programs to support local production personnel.
• Greet tours on arrival and assign dressing rooms; be the point of contact for hospitality needs.
• Coordinate show day runners for assigned duties and assist in sourcing rider items (food, drinks, etc.).
• Tidy dressing rooms, refresh supplies, and ensure backstage areas are kept orderly.
• Partner with Food & Beverage to meet rider requirements and deliver an exceptional culinary experience.
• Act as backstage brand ambassador and face of the service culture program.
• Collaborate with Artist Services and Venue Entertainment to develop opportunities and improve engagement.
• Coordinate logistics with Entertainment, F&B, and production teams, including advances and travel.
• Assist with budget management and process vendor invoices for backstage programs.
• Arrange artist hotel blocks and manage rooming lists and special requests.
