Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer Treasure Island programs to support local production and touring personnel.
• Meet touring acts and assign dressing rooms; be the point of contact for hospitality needs.
• Coordinate show day runners and artist rider items (food, drink, other items).
• Maintain dressing rooms and backstage areas; refresh as needed.
• Partner with F&B to meet rider requirements and enhance culinary experience.
• Serve as backstage brand ambassador and face of the service culture program.
• Collaborate with Entertainment, Marketing, and Catering teams on advances and logistics.
• Coordinate artist logistics and hotel room blocks; manage backdrop budgets and vendor invoices.
