Job summary

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Backstage Hospitality and Artist Relations role in Los Angeles.

You will support the Production Manager and Production Coordinator with administrative tasks, while ensuring a top-tier, hospitable environment for artists and touring personnel in all backstage spaces. Responsibilities include coordinating rider requests, compiling restaurant menus, and managing food orders for artists.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Discretion and ability to maintain artist privacy in backstage areas.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager and Production Coordinator with administrative tasks.
• Maintain a top-tier hospitable environment for artists and touring personnel in backstage spaces.
• Coordinate artist rider requests and menus from local restaurants.
• Manage food orders for artists and touring personnel, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• May perform Runner duties and assist with guest lists and show schedules.
• Maintain cash handling in accordance with venue policy.
