Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking an Artist Management & Operations Associate to support artist calendars, logistics, and admin tasks. You will work closely with the Manager and broader team to drive projects and priorities, ensuring timely communication with partners and efficient operations.

The role requires 2–3 years in entertainment coordination, exceptional organization, and strong written/spoken communication.

Qualifications

2–3 years experience in assistant/coordination in entertainment/music preferred.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can work independently.
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools; familiarity with social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage daily artist calendars and logistics, prioritizing competing needs and coordinating changes with the Manager.
Maintain and organize data related to touring, merchandise, releases, and other activities; identify changes and communicate findings to the Manager.
Facilitate communication across the internal management team and external partners (labels) to coordinate priorities and timelines.
Coordinate release timelines, promotional schedules, and project deliverables with internal and external partners.
Organize assets, records, trackers, and systems; improve day-to-day workflows and processes.
