Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Artist Management & Operations Associate in Beverly Hills, CA. The role supports the Manager and management team in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, logistics, and project coordination, with on-site responsibilities and occasional after-hours attendance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in entertainment coordination, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience as an assistant or coordinator in the entertainment/music industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily artist calendars and scheduling with Manager; resolve conflicts and coordinate changes.
• Maintain data related to touring, merchandise, releases, and other activities; report notable changes to Manager.
• Coordinate communication across internal management and external partners (labels) to keep projects on track.
• Organize release timelines, promotional schedules, and project deliverables with deadlines and assets.
• Maintain assets and records for ongoing projects, improving day-to-day workflows.
