Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Artist Management & Operations Associate in Beverly Hills to support the manager and artists with calendar management, logistics, and day-to-day operations.

You will coordinate communication with labels, manage touring data, and help keep projects on track while working closely with the CEO and GM on company-wide initiatives. This is an in-office role with occasional events and late hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in an assistant or coordination in the entertainment/music industry ideal.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when priorities shift, with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily artist calendars and logistics, prioritizing needs and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain and organize data related to touring, merchandise, releases, and other ongoing activities.
• Facilitate communication across internal management and external partners, including labels.
• Coordinate release timelines, promotional schedules, and project deliverables.
• Organize and maintain assets, records, trackers, and systems for ongoing projects.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution.
• Assist the Manager with evaluating priorities and incoming requests.
• Provide administrative support to the CEO on select day-to-day needs and assist the GM with company-wide initiatives.
• Attend and participate in company meetings, artist shows, events, and on-site support.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and independently manage assigned responsibilities.
