Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes. This role requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency to keep the store running smoothly.

No experience is required, though stock experience is preferred. Candidates should be energetic, results oriented and able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; stock experience preferred but not required.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds or more and climb ladders.
• Ability to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• When entering the salesfloor, treat customers with respect and professionalism; adhere to dress code.
• Maintain high commitment and support company initiatives.
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed in a timely manner.
• Report to shift with a professional, positive attitude.
• Demonstrate commitment to Kirkland’s Home Values.
